Leadership

Drivers & Transport Staff
Our drivers are the face of our company — professional, punctual, and kind. Each driver undergoes a comprehensive background check, defensive driving training, and passenger assistance instruction before their first trip. All transport staff are CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring they are prepared to respond calmly and competently in any situation.
Dispatch Team
Our dispatch team works behind the scenes to coordinate scheduling, communicate with drivers in real time, and ensure every pickup runs smoothly. They are your first point of contact when you call to book a ride, and they are available to assist with scheduling changes, trip updates, and urgent requests.
Certifications & Training
All staff members are CPR and First Aid certified. Drivers receive ongoing training in passenger assistance techniques, mobility device securement, and professional conduct standards.
